Talent expo ~ A success! Spring Concert is Next
The talent expo was a rousing success. Next up: Spring Concert, May 14.
All Town Chorus Concert- February 4, 2015: Hingham middle school
The ALL TOWN chorus concert has been postponed until further notice.
Welcome!
This site is where you'll find all the information you need about the choral program at Hingham High School as well as the Fifth Grade Chorus at each of the four elementary schools in Hingham: East, Foster, South and the Plymouth River School.
For Students:
This website is a great resource for you. You'll find information about concert attire, rehearsals, performances, and classwork. Of course, the website is meant to supplement what you hear in class, not to be a substitute for it. You still need to be mentally present in class in order to be at your best, but this site is a good fail safe for important information that simply can't be missed.
For Parents:
This website is also a great resource for you. In addition to the information listed above, you'll be able to click on the 'for parents' page (eventually) to learn what's going on in your child's class: repertoire, upcoming quizzes and written assignments will all be posted here. Also, any time there is a handout which is meant to go home, the information will also be posted here. My goal is to be as clear as possible regarding what's going on in your child's chorus whether it's in class or in performance.
For Everyone:
When in doubt, please contact me. I believe that we stand the greatest chance of success when students, parents and teachers work together and communicate effectively.
